We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to support a PC refresh project for users based in Indianapolis. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating device refresh appointments, preparing and deploying computer equipment, and providing basic post-deployment support.
\n
This is an onsite opportunity working alongside a Desktop Support team, with a target of completing approximately 40–60 PC refreshes before year-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform PC refresh deployments for end users across the Indianapolis area.
- Coordinate and schedule PC refresh appointments with end users.
- Assist with computer preparation, configuration, and deployment.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting following device deployments.
- Ensure a smooth transition from existing devices to refreshed equipment.
- Work closely with the Desktop Support team to meet project timelines and deployment targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when assisting end users.

Ideal Candidate
