John Scott House in Braintree, MA is currently seeking a&nbsp;Per-Diem&nbsp;Painter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team! We're a 126-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility (SNF) located right off of Route 93/Route 3.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Requirements for Maintenance Assistant:
<ul>
<li>
High school diploma
</li>
<li>
Experience in maintenance field of work
</li>
<li>
Experience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare, is a plus
</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
Job Duties for Maintenance Assistant:
<ul>
<li>
Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
</li>
<li>
Respond to buildings/residents' maintenance needs
</li>
<li>
Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
</li>
<li>
Comply with all safety and health regulations
</li>
<li>
Pick up shifts at our other locations in Dorchester, Quincy, Hingham, and Duxbury
</li>
