Quality Technician - Days
Location: Oxford, CT
Salary: $30-40p/hour DOE
Shift: Day Shift Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
We’re partnered with a well-established, employee-owned high-volume manufacturer, currently seeking a **Quality Technician **to join their team.

Responsibilities;
- Program and operate CMM and automated inspection equipment.
- Develop inspection programs for new and existing products.
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Complete MSA, Gage R&R and process capability studies.
- Create and maintain inspection plans.
- Perform calibration of quality inspection equipment.
- Support statistical analysis by providing accurate measurement data.
- Review engineering drawings and provide technical feedback.
- Assist with quality fixture development.
- Train and mentor technicians on inspection equipment and best practices.
- Support Quality Assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements;
- Experience within a high volume manufacturing facility.
- 3+ years programming CMM systems.
- Experience with GD&T interpretation and blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of SPC, SQC, MSA, Gage R&R and capability studies.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers and height gauges.
