QA Associate
Location: Irving, Tx
Description:
- Quality Assurance Reviews -conduct quality control reviews of loss mitigation files and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to investor and regulatory requirements
- Document management and imaging - Scan, index, and upload borrower correspondence and loss mitigation packages into the designated imaging/document repository system;
- Trial payment Plan Tracking - Monitor trial payment plans to ensure payments are received and posted according to agreed terms;
- MSP Task and Workflow Management - Work assigned MSP task queues and reports to support ongoing loss mitigation processing activities. - Operational support - Provide general administrative and operational support to the Loss Mitigation team as needed.
