Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: Hourly + tips + performance bonuses
Position Summary
We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to provide high-quality residential cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping keep homes clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean residential homes (routine and deep cleaning)
· Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all areas
· Clean kitchens (counters, sinks, appliances, cabinets)
· Clean bathrooms (toilets, showers, mirrors, floors)
· Make beds and tidy rooms as needed
· Take out trash and replace liners
· Follow cleaning checklists and client instructions
· Use cleaning products safely
· Maintain a professional attitude in client homes
· Travel to multiple homes per day
Requirements
· Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
· Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
· Punctual and dependable
· Strong attention to detail
· Able to work independently or on a team
· Good communication skills
· Physically able to lift 25–40 lbs and perform cleaning tasks
Preferred (Not Required)
· Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
· Experience with deep cleaning or move-in/move-out jobs
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Schedule
Primarily weekdays with some Saturdays as needed. Daytime hours. Flexible schedules available.
