Job Description
We are seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to help develop practical Generative AI solutions for clients within the financial technology space. This role combines hands-on technical development with client interaction, giving you the opportunity to turn business challenges into working AI prototypes and applications.

You will work with Large Language Models, Python, AI agents, and data workflows to develop proofs of concept and demonstrate how Generative AI can solve real business problems. This is not primarily an ML research position. The focus is applying existing AI capabilities effectively in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and identify practical AI use cases.
- Build Generative AI proofs of concept, prototypes, and applications.
- Develop LLM-powered solutions and agent-based workflows using Python.
- Connect AI applications with relevant data sources, workflows, and enterprise systems.
- Evaluate AI frameworks and technologies based on specific client requirements.
- Test and validate AI solutions for quality, reliability, and usability.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams throughout the solution process.
- Explain technical concepts and solution designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- Approximately 1-3 years of relevant software, AI, or technical solution development experience.
- Strong Python fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience developing practical Generative AI applications.
- Experience working with Large Language Models.
- Understanding of data workflows and application integration.
- Ability to rapidly develop prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and business stakeholders.
