Key Responsibilities/Experience:

- Design, develop, and maintain low-latency market data capture, storage and distribution infrastructure, with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Integrate, support, and enhance connectivity to third-party market data vendors, data-distribution platforms, and electronic trading venues.
- Strong computer science, OS fundamentals and knowledge of algorithms, operating systems, and inter-process communication (IPC). Relevant areas include memory-mapped files, networking, TCP/IP stack, unicast/multicast protocols.
- Profile, benchmark, test and optimize systems for low latency, high throughput, and predictable performance.
- Build highly available and resilient trading and market data ingestion and distribution systems. Participate in on-call support rotations and contribute to incident investigation and continuous operational improvement.
