Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Build and manage Real-Time Customer Data Profiles, data schemas, and datasets using XDM (Experience Data Model)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data ingestion strategies, pipelines, and governance frameworks
• Implement and optimize data segmentation, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across all AEP environments
• Support integration of AEP with downstream tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and third-party platforms
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to stakeholders on AEP capabilities and data modeling

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Architect with hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Strong knowledge of XDM schema design, data ingestion (batch & streaming), and Real-Time CDP
• Experience with data governance, data cataloging, and identity stitching within AEP
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Adobe Experience Platform certification is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders
