Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and repairs at our skilled nursing facility. This hands-on role helps maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and work orders

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance

Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs

Ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

Previous building maintenance experience

Supervisory experience preferred
