Join a fast-growing national Engineering Consultancy with over 1,000 employees. They are expanding their team and are seeking an experienced MEP Leader to interface with clients & manage MEP projects to completion as a Senior Project Manager, circa $185k base salary.

Your New Role
\n
- \n
- Sit within a Luxury Retail group comprising over 100+ employees, supporting Airport Lounge and or Luxury Retail MEP design projects from end-to-end
- Liaise with external clients and internal engineering teams
- No hands-on production work - discipline leads will oversee the technical delivery as well
- Manage a handful of concurrent projects
- Potentially up to 20% travel for Airport Lounge related projects

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- 10-15+ relevant MEP professional experience to ensure you have the technical expertise required to perform in the role
- Prior client, project & team leadership experience gained within the MEP field
- Ideally Airport / Aviation / Luxury professional experience

\n
What You’ll Get in Return

Can be remote based if not local to an employee population - but needs to be accessible to a local airport for travel purposes - ideal in-person hybrid locations are Vegas, Dallas, LA & NYC

Base salary circa $160k - $185k, plus benefits / medical / dental / vision / 401k / etc
