Job DescriptionMaintenance TechnicianMonday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM3-day weekend every week
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who knows how to work with tools, solve problems, and keep things running.
This is a working maintenance role in a manufacturing environment. You’ll help with equipment repairs, mold installs, fabrication, PMs, and general building maintenance. If you like fixing things, staying busy, and being the person people count on when something needs to get done, this is the job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- General plant and equipment maintenance
- Mold installation and removal
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Basic fabrication and repair work
- Using tools like welders, torches, saws, and drill presses
- Working around presses, machining centers, air compressors, and other plant equipment
- Operating fork trucks and scissor lifts
- Basic building maintenance
- Helping troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Working safely and following instructions

Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Maintenance, mechanical, fabrication, or manufacturing experience is helpful
- At least 6 months of related experience preferred, but not required
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
Physical Requirements
This is a physical job. You’ll need to be able to:
- Lift heavy objects (50 lbs)
- Stand and walk for long periods
- Bend, climb, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Climb ladders and work at heights
- Work in a loud, active manufacturing environment
