Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Mobile Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire position. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities throughout Northwest Oklahoma. This role requires a flexible work schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts.
- Assist the operations team with building and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct general interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and repairing office furniture systems.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and basic electrical work.
- Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
- Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as needed.
- Perform facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
- Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Recognize safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
- Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
- Possess the ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Valid state driver's license.
Work Environment
The work environment involves travel within a 3-hour radius of the Tulsa area, with no overnight stays required. A company van and tools are provided. The position involves physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving. The dress code is safety-focused to ensure compliance with all safety procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.66 - $28.51/hr.
