Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Specialist to join our Homemakers team. This role supports our properties by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure safe, high-quality living environments for our residents.
Experience is the key in this important position. We would prefer a candidate with proven experience in facility maintenance and/or property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance across multiple properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve repair requests efficiently
- Complete work orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with special projects as needed
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
We’d love to know if you have experience in any of the following areas (all four are a major plus, but not required):
- Welding
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Property Management experience is a strong plus, but not required.

Physical & Environmental Expectations:
- Bend/kneel/crouch/climb.
- Standing and for long periods of time.
- Lift, push, pull, and maneuver products and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.
- Repetitive bending, lifting, and arm movements.
- Operate forklifts and work at varying heights.
- Work indoors and outdoors in warehouse conditions including noise, dust, and temperature changes.
- Conditions may include hot/cold temperatures, dusty surroundings and noisy work environment.
