Peak Performers is partnering with a major state government agency to recruit a Full-Stack Application Developer. If you are passionate about building secure, scalable cloud applications using the .NET stack and modern front-end frameworks, this long-term contract offers a stable platform to sharpen your skills while modernizing vital public services. The Team You Will be Joining You will be joining an active IT development unit within a prominent Oklahoma state government agency. This team is dedicated to supporting the planning, execution, and digital transformation of critical public systems across the state. Operating in an Agile environment, the group focuses on cloud modernization, system integrations, and delivering high-performance, user-friendly applications. Major Duties

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud applications and APIs using .NET, C#, and modern front-end frameworks
Collaborate in an Agile environment to build, test, and optimize RESTful Web Services, XML/JSON integrations, and cloud architectures
Develop and optimize SQL Server database objects, including complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
Leverage Azure DevOps workflows and Git for continuous integration, version control, automated testing, and development process improvement
Analyze technical feasibility for proposed software modifications and partner with business stakeholders to solve complex integration challenges

What Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS OR 2–4 years of professional application development experience (or an equivalent combination)
Proven experience in at least two key areas: .NET/ASP.NET stack web/API development, UI frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js), or Microsoft Azure/Cloud platforms
Strong technical background in core web protocols and formats (REST, XML, JSON, HTTP, SSL, caching) and database development (SQL Server, T-SQL)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, version control (Git), and Azure DevOps pipelines
Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to learn and integrate new technologies as needed

Exciting Opportunity Details

Rate: $48.00 – $55.00/hour (W-2)
Contract: 12-Month Initial Duration (Option to Renew / Potential for Direct Conversion)
Worksite Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Onsite / Hybrid (OKC Metro local presence required)
Other key details: Target start date of October 14, 2026; 1-round interview process.
