The role also involves administering managed file transfer systems (MoveIT/SFTP), monitoring application performance, and driving proactive process improvements across the application portfolio.

- Managed File Transfer: MoveIT, SFTP, automated file transfer configuration and troubleshooting
- Endpoint & Remote Tools: SCCM, remote access tools
- ITSM Platforms: ServiceNow (preferred)
- Application Monitoring: Application performance monitoring and alerting tools
- Networking: Advanced troubleshooting across application and network domains
