The Maintenance Technician Apartments is responsible for maintaining and repairing apartment facilities to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained living environments. This role involves routine and emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and supporting renovation projects, with frequent travel within the city to various apartment locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment systems and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
• Ensure safety compliance during all maintenance activities
• Document maintenance work and repairs accurately
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests
• Assist in renovations and upgrades of apartment units
• Travel frequently within the city to multiple sites

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Strong time management and communication skills
