Bohemia Flats and Sand Creek Flats, two luxury apartment communities in New Prague and Jordan, MN, are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, maintenance on apartment turns, preventive maintenance and other required tasks. This is a part-time position, 20-30 hours per week, plus on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Perform turnaround maintenance
- Lawncare and shoveling/salting in winter as needed
- Additional responsibilities as directed
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of previous maintenance experience required
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well as a team
- Must pass background check
- Must have the necessary tools for apartment maintenance.
