Job DescriptionMaintenance TechnicianAbout the Role
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our production equipment operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete mechanical and electrical repairs on automated machinery and conveyor systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations quickly and safely.
- Diagnose and repair issues involving conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase power.
- Read and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment as needed.
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment components.
- Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience maintaining and repairing conveyor systems and automated equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fabrication or mechanical assembly experience.
- Experience with automated equipment and control systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Schedule & Work Environment
This position works in a manufacturing environment supporting production equipment, conveyors, motors, and automated machinery.
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Shift Options: Days or Nights (Night Shift typically 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
The company provides all required PPE and is committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
