The Role
Our client, a contract service provider of home maintenance solutions, is seeking a versatile Maintenance Operations & Field Coordinator to oversee single-family rental turnover projects and fulfill maintenance service requests for property management clients. This dynamic role balances office-based scheduling, database tracking, and client account management with hands-on field assessments, estimating, and light home repairs.
What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, delivering scope updates, resolving issues, and communicating project requirements to field crews.

Conduct site walks across the Charlotte metro area to evaluate properties and build accurate job estimates based on client needs.

Enter and maintain real-time job data in the scheduling database, assign work orders, and track active turnover projects through completion.

Provide hands-on field support by completing minor home repairs (such as hardware swaps, drywall touch-ups, and light fixture fixes) during site visits.

Coordinate with internal crews and external partners to keep turnover timelines on schedule and meet quality standards.
What You Will Bring

Prior experience in property management, residential maintenance, scheduling, or service coordination.

Hands-on mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic home maintenance tasks independently.

Experience utilizing property management software, scheduling databases, or CRM platforms.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong, client-first approach.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily site visits throughout the region.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
