Clean water and consistent quality don’t happen by accident—they happen because skilled people make them happen. As a Process Quality Analyst, you’ll be the guardian of treatment systems and the voice of quality on the floor.
How you’ll contribute
Picture this: mid-run, you notice a conductivity trend shifting. You pause, investigate source water at the RO, confirm sanitation status on media beds and tanks, and coordinate with maintenance. You validate with pH, O3, iron, chlorine, chloride, TDS, and sensory checks before restarting. That’s the kind of ownership and problem-solving this role empowers.
Core responsibilities
- Ensure proper water flow and sanitation of treatment units: ROs, media beds, tanks, and filters.
- Run routine QA checks and line verifications (pH, O3, conductivity, iron, chlorine, chloride, TDS, taste/odor).
- Verify production requirements: date codes, label correctness, fill levels, torque, cap integrity, and leakers.
- Collect samples for microbiology, shelf-life, iron, manganese, and turbidity testing.
- Manage water distribution and movements, including tankers.
- Execute sanitizing and start-up procedures and validate bottle washer performance.
- Test incoming packaging against specifications.
- Complete filter changes, backwashes, and equipment sanitization.
- Maintain thorough HACCP and SQF documentation.
- Escalate any food safety or quality issue to authorized personnel without delay.
- Work closely with production and maintenance to support output and quality goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you bring
- Demonstrated ability to perform all tasks expected of a QA Tech I.
- Prior quality experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Data-savvy and analytical; you can interpret collected data and make sound decisions.
- Meticulous, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Team-focused with strong personal accountability.
