Job Description: HW Server Qualification Engineer / Lab Validation Engineer

- Perform server hardware qualification, system-level validation, reliability testing, and silicon characterization.
- Execute hardware and silicon bring-up, debugging, performance testing, and root cause analysis.
- Validate server platforms, CPUs, memory, storage, networking, and high-speed interfaces such as SERDES and D2D.
- Develop and automate test scripts using Python, C/C++, Kusto/KQL, and other scripting tools.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and design teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Analyze test results, investigate node health, document defects, and support release readiness.
- Experience with data center hardware, liquid cooling, bench setup, hardware integration, and power/network environments is preferred.
