Property Accountant
Real Estate Accounting – Onsite, Full-Time
Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time | $85,000 – $90,000 + Full Benefits
An established real estate company in Scottsdale is adding a Property Accountant to its finance team. You’ll manage the accounting for a group of properties, from daily transactions through month-end reporting, and work closely with property management and leadership. Yardi experience is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle property accounting in Yardi, including payables, receivables, and cash receipts
- Complete month-end close and prepare periodic financial reports
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
- Process tenant charges
- Support budgets and forecasts
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on Yardi experience (required)
- 2+ years of accounting experience in real estate or property management (any property type)
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Strong Excel skills
- Clear communicator who works well with operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
