Maintenance Assistant
The Woodlands of Liberty, an assisted living community in Wadsworth, OH, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team! As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of our community.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing and replacing light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and appliances

Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns

Assist in the upkeep of common areas, including but not limited to, hallways, corridors, and public spaces

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

0-2 years' experience in maintenance or a related field

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
