Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and backend development.
Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience in Java backend development
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java
- Strong experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
- Experience developing Microservices
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs / Web Services
- Experience with Kafka or other event-driven technologies
- Strong SQL/database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
- Experience with Git and CI/CD
- Good understanding of design patterns, OOP, and software development best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Java backend applications
- Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices
- Develop and integrate REST APIs
- Work with messaging/event-driven architectures such as Kafka
- Design and optimize database queries and backend services
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
