Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Arlington, TX 76012Pay: $25–$35+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMRegal Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a leading provider of heat treatment and thermal processing services. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including furnaces, ovens, quench tanks, and thermal processing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving PLCs, sensors, wiring, relays, and control panels.
• Maintain facility equipment such as HVAC systems, compressors, boilers, and utility systems.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in the maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, calibrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, machining, PLCs, and automation controls is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
