Job Description
The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing multiple apartment complexes and mixed residential and commercial properties. This role requires a diverse skill set to ensure the functionality, safety, and comfort of living and commercial spaces through expert maintenance of plumbing, HVAC systems, and other critical infrastructure.

Must have a trade and clear background. HUD experience is a huge plus!!!
