As a Real Estate Agent with us, you'll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications:

1. Real Estate Experience: An established real estate business and a track record of working with clients are preferred.
2. Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License: Required.
3. Business-Minded: Interested in growing production, improving efficiency, and maximizing opportunities.
4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and willing to adopt systems that support your business.
5. Strong Communication Follow-Up: Skilled at building relationships, managing opportunities, and guiding clients through transactions.
6. Self-Motivated: Takes ownership of their business, values accountability, and is committed to continued growth.

Job Type:

Full-time or Part-time

Pay:

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits:

1. Monday to Friday

3. Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay Types:
