NOW HIRING: Dual Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Green Bay and Pulaski, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay: $22–$28 per hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Temporary with the opportunity for direct hire

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Dual Apartment Maintenance Technician to support two nearby apartment communities:

• Green Bay — 48 units
• Pulaski — 43 units

The properties are approximately 30 minutes apart. The schedule may be organized by property to minimize travel time, with consecutive days at each location whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment and property maintenance
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents
• Perform light groundskeeping, including weeding and trimming
• Maintain garbage, parking lots, and dumpster areas
• Help keep the properties clean, safe, and well maintained
• Work alongside one current team member
• Respond to maintenance needs and provide general assistance as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Previous apartment, building, property, or general maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable performing indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks
• Able to travel between the Green Bay and Pulaski properties
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Professional and courteous when interacting with residents and team members
