Gillmann Services is now hiring a Maintenance Technician for work between Hinton, Princeton, and Talcott!
**Must have previous experience in a maintenance role to be considered**
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, plumbing systems, appliances, etc.
- General and preventative maintenance to apartment units
- Perform drywall installation and repairs, painting, trim work, flooring repair and installation
- Perform light electrical work, install switches, lights, outlets, appliances
- Perform light plumbing repairs and installation of toilets, tubs, shower fixtures, sinks
- Maintain compliance with all site safety standards and regulations
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, apartment and general maintenance
- Familiar with all hand and power tools required of the trade
- Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make accurate measurements and cuts
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with residents and property management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Consent to drug and background screening
