Job Description:
Site: A HOA complex located in St Pete
Job Type: Part time (16-24 hours)
Schedule: Weekends (We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts)
Compensation rate: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:

Provide access control to the complex through the gatehouse.

Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of our client’s organizations
-
Operate and maintain a gatehouse environment
-
Provide accurate and detailed administrational work
-
Roving work will be required throughout the property so must be comfortable with operating a golf cart
-
Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
-
Supervise the logging in and out guests, contractors, and deliveries
-
Monitor CCTV and card access systems
-
Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
-
Fire Watch may be required for some of the buildings
-
Review, know and follow the site post order.

Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures

Additional duties as assigned
The Ideal candidate will possess:

Valid “D” Security Guard License
-
Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset)
-
Be comfortable with long periods of standing
-
Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level
-
Ability to work independently
-
Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service
-
Exceptional report writing and communication skills
-
Effective access control capabilities
-
Computer literacy for digitalized task
-
Punctual
-
Great time keeping capabilities.
