Job DescriptionProgram Director - Supportive HousingLead Programs That Create Housing Stability and Transform Lives$85,000-$97,000 THE ROLEWin is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Director to lead the daily operations, compliance, and performance of our Supportive Housing programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Supportive Housing, the Program Director is responsible for ensuring successful administration of HUD and other government-funded contracts while providing leadership and supervision to program staff.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure staff provide high-quality case management services, including advocacy for public benefits and community resources
- Maintain oversight of client records and ensure all documentation and data are current, accurate, and compliant with funder requirements
- Monitor and maintain a minimum program occupancy rate of 90%
- Ensure eligibility requirements are met for all program admissions
- Oversee compliance with HUD and other government-funded contracts and regulations
- Prepare and submit required reports, including HUD reports, Annual Progress Reports (APR), consumer satisfaction surveys, and other funder deliverables
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including HUD, HPD, and HDC

- You will hold an MPH, MSW, or MA in Health or Social Services
- You will have a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience, including budget oversight
- You will have at least seven (7) years of experience managing multiple HUD programs and government-funded contracts
- You will possess strong knowledge of HUD regulations, supportive housing operations, and compliance requirements
- You will demonstrate experience utilizing Evidence-Based Practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care
- You will have the ability to establish professional boundaries and demonstrate cultural responsiveness
- You will provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and external stakeholders
- You will possess excellent written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
