Job DescriptionIMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians for a temporary assignment at a housing complex in Columbia. Resume is required to apply.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pmAssignments are expected to last until the end of August or September.Pay: $23/hr
Duties include:-General maintenance, preventative maintenance, and safety at the properties- Resident inspections-Cleanliness and appeal of the property-Completing work orders-Preparing units for new occupancy-Groundskeeping
Requirements:-Minimum of 6 months of apartment or multi-housing maintenance required. HVAC certification a plus!-Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
