We are seeking a skilled property manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing various properties and ensuring they operate efficiently. We value individuals who are task-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable handling finances. Our ideal candidate should also be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to our tenants. Once trained, you will earn additional commission.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and policies
- Ensure properties are properly maintained and repairs are promptly addressed
- Maintain accurate records and files for each property
- Communicate with tenants to solve issues and maintain high satisfaction rates
- Handle tenant complaints and manage evictions when necessary
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve any issues
