Position Details:
• Job Title: Project Controls Specialist / Sr. Project Controls Analyst
• Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84108
• Duration: 12-Month Contract to Start
• Pay Rate: $47/hr on W2
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote
• Shift: Day Shift (8 Hours)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and analyze complex project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM), critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
• Facilitate project risk management workshops and maintain risk registers.
• Prepare project performance reports, variance analyses, and mitigation recommendations.
• Support contract reviews, contractor compliance, and project controls standards.
• Align Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), estimates, schedules, and reporting requirements.
• Mentor junior project controls professionals and support process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8–15 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
• Strong experience with project scheduling, cost controls, risk management, and project reporting.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Ability to work independently on large, complex, and high-risk projects.
