Responsibilities
- Lead the design and construction administration of electrical systems in various market segments.
- Direct management of engineers and other project team members.
- Ensures compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations while maintaining design efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout project phases.
- Elevated level of experience with power distribution, lighting, low voltage cabling systems, building fire alarm & security systems for commercial, healthcare, government and education facilities.
- Cultivate positive client relationships while working on their projects with a focus on client satisfaction
- Work closely with project stakeholders to develop custom electrical solutions that enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness while meeting necessary regulations and ensuring both functionality reliability.
- Develop technical documentation, including system specifications, technical reports, narratives, and construction documents for electrical systems.
- Work closely with the office leadership to expand the regional portfolio.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution
Experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 9+ years of related electrical engineering experience for building projects.
- Knowledge and use of AutoCAD/Revit and other engineering software programs.
- Must be a team player and enjoy working with people
- Excellent communication skills
- Possesses the initiative to grow in a challenging environment
- Ability to cultivate client relationships and project opportunities.
- Professional and positive attitude with strong organizational skills
- Engagement in continual learning and self-improvement motivation and multi-tasking
