RQ Construction is seeking a Site Material Coordinator to join our team in Kings Bay, GA, and the surrounding areas.
This position supports active construction projects and includes a range of hands-on, physically active duties. Daily responsibilities include receiving and inspecting deliveries, tracking inventory, coordinating material requests, organizing storage areas, operating material handling equipment, maintaining documentation, and ensuring crews have the materials needed to support construction activities.
Safety is a top priority in this role. All tasks must be performed using proper methods and equipment while following RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. RQ invests in its workforce by offering on-the-job training and providing certifications as needed for specific project requirements. Work will be performed on an active military base and is compensated in accordance with prevailing wage laws.

We deliver comprehensive Design-Build services, overseeing projects from initial planning through completion with experienced field teams dedicated to quality outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $40.00-$45.00

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction material management, material control, warehouse operations, or a related experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Experience supporting federal, commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction project preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Preferred Qualifications (training can be provided)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
- Additional training or certifications such as:
- OSHA 10-hour safety training
