Work Model: Hybrid – onsite Monday and Tuesday; remote Wednesday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead large-scale IT projects across Agile and traditional project management environments.

\n

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

\n

• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, executives, and third-party vendors.

\n

• Oversee vendor contracts, deliverable reviews, and project performance.

\n

• Manage change requests and ensure appropriate approvals and project documentation.

\n

• Prepare executive presentations, project status reports, and stakeholder communications.

\n

• Support enterprise technology implementations, COTS solutions, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.

\n

• Ensure compliance with project lifecycle standards and PMO methodologies.

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 8+ years of project management experience.

\n

• 8+ years managing IT projects in large, complex enterprise environments.

\n

• 8+ years managing projects with budgets exceeding $20 million.

\n

• 8+ years managing vendors or third-party solution providers.

\n

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.

\n

• Experience working in multi-vendor environments, preferably within government.

\n

• Experience with COTS implementations and SaaS solution architecture/integration.

\n

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• PMP or another relevant project management certification.

\n

• Experience with Clarity or other project portfolio management tools.

\n

• State government, public-sector, or Department experience.

\n
