Managing Broker – Oklahoma
Overview
We are seeking a Managing Broker to provide leadership, support, and regulatory compliance oversight for a residential real estate brokerage in Oklahoma.
Responsibilities OREC Compliance & Support
- Supervise affiliated licensees in accordance with the Oklahoma Real Estate License Code and Rules.
- Review contracts, disclosures, and transaction files for compliance and risk mitigation.
- Maintain required brokerage records and documentation.
- Address compliance concerns and issue corrective guidance.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee brokerage workflow and administrative compliance.
- Support agents with contract questions and transaction problem‐solving.
- Coordinate policy updates and operational improvements with the Broker‐Owner.
- Enforce brokerage policies consistently.
Agent Development
- Provide training on contracts, disclosures, timelines, ethics, and compliance.
- Coach agents to strengthen professionalism and transaction quality.
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Broker License
