The IT Systems & Support Administrator will serve as your primary internal technology resource, providing hands-on end-user support, coordinate technology initiatives, manage relationships with your 3rd party IT support group, and ensure employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology resources to perform their work.
Primary Responsibilities
End User Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, mobile devices and peripherals
- Install and configure desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
- Assist employees with password resets and user account issues
Vendor Coordination
- Serve as liaison with outsourced IT provider
- Escalate issues requiring advanced infrastructure support
- Coordinate projects with MSP
- Monitor ticket resolution
- Help prioritize IT initiatives
User Administration
- New hire setup
- Employee offboarding
- User account management
- Equipment deployment
- Asset inventory
Technology Administration
- Maintain IT documentation
- Coordinate hardware purchases
- Track software licensing
- Assist with technology budgeting
- Recommend equipment upgrades
Security
- Promote cybersecurity best practices
- Coordinate security initiatives with MSP
- Monitor user compliance
- Support MFA and security policies
Travel
- Travel between multiple office locations (LA, OC, Riverside)
- Company mileage reimbursement
Desired Qualifications
- 3–6 years IT support experience
- Microsoft 365
- Windows
- Active Directory (basic)
- Azure AD / Entra (preferred)
- Excellent customer service
- Vendor management experience
- Ability to work independently
