Maintenance Technician – Apartments | $23–$29/hr + Full Benefits
Location: Molalla, OR (Stoneplace Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
- Turn units between residents
- Maintain common areas and property grounds
- Perform basic landscaping (mowing, trimming)
- Assist with pool maintenance
- Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with the property manager on priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred)
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Team player who can also work independently
