Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience in data analysis, SQL, and data management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze data, support reporting and analytics initiatives, and ensure data quality and consistency across systems. Experience in the Banking domain and knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop, enhance, and optimize ETL processes for data integration and transformation.
- Perform data analysis to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify data-driven solutions.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Identify risks, data issues, and opportunities to improve data management processes.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data flows, mappings, and business rules.
