We are seeking a highly motivated and self-managing individual to join our team in a production support environment. The ideal candidate will have the initiative to troubleshoot, resolve issues independently, and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid Unix skills, including Bash scripting commands
- Solid SQL language skills
- Solid Hadoop skills with production support experience in a Dev/Ops environment
- Experience or exposure to Spark development, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Strong data and code analysis skills, including troubleshooting data quality/integrity and root causes
- Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Decent Java skills
- Decent Python skills
- Automated testing experience with Cucumber skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and support production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Identify and implement opportunities for optimization and automation
