American Communities is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help keep our community safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. ???? What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team.
- Oversee daily repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and make-readies.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, pool, and exterior repairs.
- Coordinate vendors and manage maintenance supplies and inventory.
- Ensure excellent response times to resident service requests.
- Assist with budgets and control maintenance expenses.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and support other communities as needed.
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- EPA Freon Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
- 4–6 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical maintenance duties and lift 25+ lbs.
