Pay Range: $130k - $150k + bonus

Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee maintenance activities to support production schedules and equipment reliability.
  • \n

  • Maintain and administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, downtime tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
  • \n

  • Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • \n

  • Monitor equipment performance and maintenance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • \n

  • Coordinate maintenance work with production and department leaders to minimize operational disruptions.
  • \n

  • Lead maintenance-related downtime events and ensure timely resolution of equipment and facility issues.
  • \n

  • Maintain spare parts inventory and support effective inventory control practices.
  • \n

  • Support startup, commissioning, and maintenance readiness activities for new equipment and capital projects.
  • \n

  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, Lockout/Tagout procedures, machine guarding requirements, contractor safety programs, and regulatory standards.
  • \n

  • Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for equipment failures, maintenance-related issues, and safety concerns.
  • \n

  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • \n

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support productivity improvements, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n

  • Anticipate maintenance challenges and implement solutions that support safe and reliable operations.
  • \n

  • Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance personnel.
  • \n

  • Monitor attendance, timecards, and PTO in a timely manner.
  • \n

  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.
  • \n

  • Coordinate training, skill development, and cross-training initiatives to support workforce flexibility and technical growth.
  • \n

  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • \n

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  • \n

  • Manage maintenance spending, contractor services, inventory investments, and departmental budgets.
  • \n

  • Evaluate repair and replacement options to support equipment lifecycle management and operational objectives.
  • \n

  • Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
  • \n

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or a related field required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • \n

  • 7-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous leadership or supervisory experience required. Experience with preventive maintenance systems, equipment reliability programs, and CMMS platforms preferred.
