What You'll Do at MY PLACE Hotel :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep facilities in top shape.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
• Experience in caulking, basic plumbing, repairing garbage disposals, ice makers.
• Trash removal, parking lot clean up, carpet shampooing, cleaning duties throughout hotel inside and out. Any duties assigned by mgmt.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
