We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician that is responsible for overseeing and/or performing functions related to physical appearance and cleanliness of the facilities, grounds, and vehicles. Assists with the inventory, supplies, safety and preventative maintenance of Intercept property to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents, clients, and employees. Demonstrates strong operational initiative and leadership potential, with the capacity to coordinate daily workflow priorities, guide small maintenance projects, and step in to support leadership oversight as needed.
This position covers the properties on the eastern side of the state.
Education and Experience Required: Any relevant experience will be considered.
This position gives an annual boot allowance of $150.00 and a company maintenance vehicle that can be taken home.
