Maintenance Technician – FULL TIME

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented, dependable, and hard-working Maintenance Technician to join our team! Our company is owner-operated, providing exceptional multi-family living experiences.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the excellent condition and functionality of our apartment homes and business facilities. Duties include completing repairs, performing make-readies, and managing inventory of maintenance supplies.
The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, well-rounded maintenance professional with strong communication and organizational skills, who excels at problem-solving and takes pride in their work.
- Repair faulty equipment, appliances, and damaged structures within units.
- Maintain and manage heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
- Complete repairs and make-ready tasks as needed.
- Perform routine quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure proper operation.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks throughout the property.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Physically capable of performing duties and available for on-call/overtime, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. *On-Call is a rotation between team members. Typically 5-7 days per month.
HVAC certification or a certificate in building maintenance technology (preferred)
