Mid-Level Project Manager
Join our North America PMO team and play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation and implementation projects for a diverse client portfolio. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering meaningful results.
In this role, you’ll manage projects end-to-end — from planning through delivery — while working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure success. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise-level initiatives, strengthen your leadership skills, and build experience with modern project tools and methodologies.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to keep initiatives on track
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver a great experience
- Facilitate team collaboration and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and help resolve challenges proactively
- Contribute to impactful transformation and system implementation projects
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of project management experience
- Experience supporting or leading system implementations (ERP exposure a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
