• Inventory synchronization

• Shipment and receipt confirmation

• Transfer Order integration
\n
• Exception and retry handling
\n
• Oracle Fusion OM – order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, scheduling, shipping and invoicing

• RMA – return orders, return types, receiving, inspection, disposition, credit/refund flows

• Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge

• Sales Orders, Transfer Orders, Back-to-Back Orders and Drop Ship
