We are seeking a skilled Multi-Site Groundskeeper for two of our apartment communities in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Multi-Site Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties cross two apartment communities under the direct supervision of the Community/Property Managers, Service Managers or assigned Maintenance Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in the achievement of the Community's annual budget plan
- Some maintenance functions
- Physical condition of the Communities
- Upholding all company policies, goals and values
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITES:
- Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner
- Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas
- Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas
- Care of assigned landscaping duties
- Participate in an ongoing improvement plan
- Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality customer/tenant satisfaction
- All other duties as may be assigned from time to time
